What is AquaClean Fabric?
Dig Step is upholstered with AquaClean fabric. Unlike spray-on or surface coatings, AquaClean is a patented technology that engineers every fiber with a special hydrophobic barrier. This technique enables the fabric to repel liquids and prevent them from being absorbed into the fibers, making it highly resistant to stains. Additionally, all AquaClean Fabrics include the SafeFront® component, providing protection against viruses and bacteria.
It seems like a certain part of the product has been pressed.
The step uses sponge as a cushion, and during the packing or shipping process, there might be instances where specific areas are pressed for a certain period. Please be assured that this is a temporary condition and not a defect. With regular use, the product should naturally return to its normal state. We recommend using the product for 2-4 weeks to observe the natural restoration process.
I received my delivery, but there are white marks on the fabric.
Due to packaging and shipping, temporary marks might appear when the fabric is compressed. Gently rub the affected area with a damp cloth and let it dry, and the compression should ease.
