The frame is designed to support pets up to 44 lbs (20kg). We don't recommend use beyond this weight for safety and long term durability.
They're rare, but each frame is shaped and welded by hand, so an occasional small mark can appear. It has no effect on how the bed functions, and when it happens, it's usually in a spot that's barely visible.
