For other models in Aquaclean or Vegan Leather, simply vacuum or spot clean within 24 hours by gently dabbing with a damp cloth. Avoid scrubbing, pressure, or chemical wipes or cleaners to maintain durability.
These are temporary conditions caused by pressure during the packaging and shipping process and are not considered defects.
For Dents: If the internal foam appears compressed, it will naturally return to its original shape within 2-4 weeks of use.
For Fabric Marks: Gently rub the affected area with a damp cloth or wet wipe and let it air-dry. The marks from being pressed will then disappear.
